About the role ….

• The purpose of this role is to review construction plans, assessing the Aluminium windows and doors required and entering these requirements into Bradnam’s Windows and Doors quoting system (Precision).
• Accurate and timely information is provided to the Customer Service team that promotes customer satisfaction and improves company efficiency.
• Role Accountabilities:
• Sales
• Contribute to sales targets by supporting customer service team and external sales staff
• Accuracy
• Providing accurate plan take offs and quotes within the agreed lead time
• Product Knowledge
• Continually develop and update product knowledge of both new and existing products and building codes and standards
• Team Work
• Actively support members of the customer service team by sharing the workload and participating in team meetings
• Communication
• Provide an effective and timely response to internal enquiries
• Continuous Improvement
• Identify areas / functions within the customer service that improves efficiency

About you ….

We are looking for an A-star individual, passionate and competent with what they do and bringing the WOW with the following qualifications:

• With 2-4 years of experience in Data Entry
• Good communication skills
• Proficient in using MS Office applications esp MS Excel
